Exchanges and Returns Policy
Nyack Exchange strives to produce products of high quality and craftsmanship. We hope that the products you receive will clearly reflect that. We recognize that issues can still exist.
We know that there are times that you may need to return an item. Our return policy on our products allows you to return new and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Please have your order number and the email address associated with the order available when completing and submitting the return & exchange form.
Shipping is not refundable
No cash refunds on gifts, exchanges or store credit will be issued.
Returns must be received within 30 days from purchase date for a refund. Store credit will be issued up to 90 days after purchase, returns will not be accepted after 90 days.
